Happy Atticus Appreciation Monday! Today we are recognizing Randy, who is one of our paint line technicians at Atticus Maaco. Randy has been with Maaco for over four years now, so he is an expert at all things Maaco. He wanted to join the team, because he heard good things about Maaco and knew he wanted to be part of it. Randy’s favorite part about his job is talking to the customers and helping people out. He most resonates with the Atticus core value of #gratitude. He knows... his customers have multiple choices of where to take their cars, and if you show gratitude, there is a higher chance to gain a repeat customer in the future. We recently welcomed Brandon Griffith to the Atticus Franchise Group team as a senior accountant. Prior to joining Atticus, Brandon worked in the accounting departments at Inpax Shipping Solutions, Amazon Logistics, and All-Star Financial Group. Brandon wanted to be part of the Atticus team because he felt like the culture was a great fit for him, and the Atticus mission statement truly resonated with his work ethic. He saw this new position as a way to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking, fast-growing company. Last month Eli Lockwood joined the Atticus Franchise Group team. Eli is an analyst for the Atticus Massage Envy team, and he has already made a great impression in the first few weeks. Prior to Atticus, Eli graduated from UNC Chapel Hill, and he then worked at Insight Sourcing Group as an analyst. Eli joined the Atticus team because he was excited about the opportunity to gain exposure to the broader strategy and operations of a business. He also wanted to expand his professional skillset as well as learn additional areas of business. Eli also saw great opportunities in working in a small, collaborative team on multiple projects. As she gained more experience in this area, she realized how much she enjoyed it, and she wanted to specialize in this area. She also saw how the Atticus core values aligned with her own personal values, and she wanted to work with likeminded individuals. She enjoys working at Atticus Wingstop because of the interaction she gets with customers as well as the satisfaction the customers get when they receive their meals. It’s Atticus Appreciation Monday! Today we are recognizing Mai as our featured employee. Mai is a front desk sales associate with Atticus Massage Envy and has been with us for a couple months now. Mai decided to join Atticus Massage Envy because she is currently studying Business Administration, and she wanted a job that was similar to a corporate sales job. She loves talking to new people every day, and she believes that #communication is the Atticus core value that most res...onates her. She believes that communication is essential to everyday life, and clear communication makes a safer environment for all. Mai’s manager Sara told us that Mai is very bubbly and outgoing and never shies away from interacting with new clients. She is always watching what is going on and is hands on. Sara sees #commitment as the core value Mai most lives out. She is new to the brand, and she is very engaged in learning and improving daily.
