Augusta University Sickle Cell Disease Transition Program 05.03.2021

Hey everyone! Just a reminder! Next Friday, August 24th from 2-4pm in the conference room (BP3306) next to the Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinic we will be having another Teen Clinic. This educational session is open for all teens and young adults who have sickle cell or sickle cell trait. Food will be provided, as well as prizes! Questions? Hey Everyone! The AU Transition Program will be having another Teen Clinic on Friday, August 24th from 2-4pm in the Pediatric Sickle Cell Clinic Conference Room (BP3306). The topics will be: Medications; Sickle Cell Related Complications; Self-Management Skills; and Reproductive Health.
