Dear azalea house family, We have always promoted and supported frequent family visits to your loved ones. In lieu of recent over night developments and decisions regarding limiting contact, we are asking all family members to limit visit to your family once every 15 days starting today. Visiting day only on saturday between 2-5pm. Only 1 designated family member. You can text me who that person will be. Keep 5 feet or more distance when visiting from all residents as well... as your family. Limit visit to 10-15 minutes till further notice. I strongly recommend to exercise these precautions. I will make further changes if need be. If person is not on my list, they will be turned away. This extreme precaution is in best interest of our residents I can think of at this time.
