We don’t just train to throw the ball we train our mind as well. Playing the QB position is more than throwing and handoffs and I make sure my QBs can process the game from the Xs and Os stand point. Pre-snap read is on point Fort QBs learning how to call route combinations against certain coverages. I told them the coverage and they drew it up and the route combos to beat that coverage. It’s that time again!!! Indoor 5v5 Adult flag football league will be kicking off in November. Registration will be from October 1st- October 31st. With scrimmages games Starting first weekend in November and season starting second week. 1. 12 game season not including a few scrimmage games 2. Playoffs/Championship game... 3. Cash pot for regular season champs 4. League trophies 5. Championship and runner up trophies 6. League MVP award/ offensive and Defensive league MVP awards 7. All-Star game (missed this past season but will be implemented for the upcoming season) 8. Minimum of 8 players per team 9. 3 refs on field at all games with indoor rules highly enforced. 10. Uniforms will be put into registration price and provided my Calvin Hodge and impressme custom Apparel. Registration $75 per player uniform included in registration fee for each player. BILD Staff Spotlight Day 3 Today we want to introduce our speed and agility/Sports Performance coach Justin Biggers! Coach Biggers has been with BILD for the past 2 years and have done an amazing job with our speed and agility clients. We are excited to have coach on staff and looking forward to what the future hold for us. Coach Biggers also serve as our Defensive backs coach for our football training

BILD trainer spot light Day 2 I want to introduce coach Michael Jones. Coach Jones has been with me from day 1, training every weekend for 2 years before we decided to make it an official business. Coach was one of few who saw my vision and told me that we can take it to new heights. He knew if I added the right pieces that the sky was the limit with us and told me that he is with me no matter what. He is my right hand man and have been for the past 6 years. Coach Jones will be taking over duties as Director of strength and Conditioning/ facility Director/ Director of RB training and fitness training. We are excited and humble to have coach and looking forward to the future.
