The Good The Bad and The Ugly: This mornings workout was not fun for me at all. I woke up this morning feeling like my body had been hit by 20 bricks. I ate something yesterday that did not mesh well with my body and I can't quite figure out what could have done it. Trying to keep a consistent eating regimen along with exercising is quite challenging and isn't always fun. Some days I don't feel like doing anything but in the mist of your adversity comes great rewards and door...s of opportunity.
