Adaptive reuse of an old mill- we see a lot of these in the south! Some developers see demolition- others use imagination and (probably in this case) historic tax credit opportunities to save old buildings and provide a unique living experience. There’s also a great example of this down in Porterdale, Georgia.

Barrow Preservation Society, Inc. is seeking donations for the restoration of the historic Bensons Bread/Tanner Hardware sign at the corner of Broad & Midland i...n downtown Winder.
