Case for Smiles Coping Space is an organization founded by BAYADA Board of Trustees member Gavin Kerr and his family, in memory of Gavin’s son Ryan who passed away as a teen from cancer. It is an organization that provides resources for families of children with an illness or disability. This Case for Smiles recently launched a new portion of their website called SibSpace for pre-teens and teenagers who have a sibling with an illness or injury. The site is an interactive, digital experience to help teens and pre-teens (ages 11-16) navigate and cope with the many challenges that come with having a sibling with an illness or injury.
