New and improved Bemiss Nails, we’re opened!

does anybody know who this is? she came in yesterday on the 6th and got her nails and eyebrows done, which was $55 total. she said she was going outside to smoke and then wait for somebody to come pay for her and pick her up. but once she went outside, she ran away without paying. she also said she was working for the military. we have 8 cameras in the shop, she didn’t see them.
