Psalm 23- A deeper look

Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. Lots of times, we lean on ourselves for things. We might not have had the best parents, or upbringing and it can cause us to doubt God’s love and ability to help in our lives. When people have let us down, it can be easy to not want to trust God for things. Today’s Bible verse really comes down to trust. It’s a challenge to put your trust in God. Rather than relying solely on yourself for ev...erything, it asks you to trust God. Trust doesn’t always come easily, however. It can be really hard to trust something as big as your future and plans to God. That’s what this verse is telling us to do. It’s saying to trust God with your plans, trust Him with your efforts. You can trust God with these things because He’s good. He isn’t going to let you down like people may have in your life. He’s going to always be there to walk you through the challenges that life brings. So decide today to trust in God for your future. Trust in Him and watch your plans succeed! See more

Let's talk about Jesus's saving work

Jesus said Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink, nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than raiment? Matthew 6:25 You may be tempted to take thought- or worry about the situation. But right now I want you to know God cares about it. Why not take a moment and simply say Father, I’ m sorry I’ve been worried about this situation. But here it is(state the pro...blem). Father, I don’t know how to fix it but I know you do. So I’m asking you to give me wisdom to know what to do. I’m asking You to work in this situation for me because I can’t do anything about it. And So from now on when I think about it- I say God, you are working on it and I won’t worry about it anymore. Thank You Father and from now on I’m going to set my thoughts on the fact that You care for me and are working this out. See more
