We are currently hiring, so if you are interested, read on! This position is for 30 to 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is as a baking assistant, and will include (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities: Baking cupcakes, making and scooping cookie dough, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, folding boxes, customer service, general cleaning, food prep (chopping, zesting, etc) We are looking for someone who is a team player, who is self motivated (can see a need and address it), flexible (can switch tasks/direction easily as needed), customer service oriented, and someone who likes to learn. Baking experience not required. Please note that this job is physical, and you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift (except for breaks). You will also be expected to do some heavy lifting, such as moving 25 to 50 pound bags of flour and sugar, etc. If you think this position will be a good fit, please email us your resume AND availability to [email protected]. If you haven’t seen it yet, we made our Bake@Home Biscuits on our stories today! They’re so easy and SO delicious. Fluffy, flaky, buttery, and perfectly satisfying. Need some for your weekend? We haven’t had this scone flavor in the menu in quite some time...so say hello again to our chocolate cherry scone! Chocolate scone dough full of dark sweet cherries and topped with a homemade chocolate ganache. Chocolate Cherry is one of my all time favorite flavor combos, I think you’ll like this one!

Do you have plans for this Saturday yet?! If not, we know exactly what you should be doing. Cinnamon Roll Saturday is this Saturday, February 13th. We will be opening at 9:00am and will have cinnamon rolls until we sell out...so we recommend getting here as early as you can! We’ll also have some fun goodies for Valentines Day, like mini cakes for 2, spiked cupcakes (like pink champagne and chocolate red wine), and small cookie cakes perfect for sharing with the fam or a few friends. Hey there! We gained quite a few new followers this weekend, so we wanted to introduce ourselves to our new friends. Bert & Boo’s is run by mother-daughter duo, Shannan and Becca! We proudly serve @bcjcoffeeco coffee, and are proud to serve locally roasted coffee from Kennesaw right here in Acworth! We also have a Bake@Home line with frozen cookie dough, biscuit dough, and scone dough so you can bake at home.
