In Mat 8:24, "Suddenly, a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves, but Jesus kept sleeping. . . . . While Sandy was awake last night, I slept through it all. Which made me think of the above verse. While the disciples were afraid, as often as we are when various storms come into our lives, we must rest assured that God is in control, and He will take care of everything as He seems fit. So, let us remember God loves us and He is forever by our side, and He will never leave us. And, the tree that fell, is the one across from where we live.
