Just a reminder, we have partnered with Keeping Columbus Beautiful for their wonderful shoe drive this year. Please drop-off your shoe donations at our East Columbus Club (3835 Forrest Road) or The CLUB Teen Center (200 Clover Ave.). A special thank you to all who have already participated!
Your support for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley enables us to continue our efforts to educate youth in our community about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle! Today our Club members created food fashion while learning about healthy food choices. Check out this creative fashion design from our Club member using scallions, lettuce, oranges, beans, red cabbage, and more!
Thanks to our partnership with United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley our teen Club members had the opportunity to participate in a Virtual Career Fair with TSYS/ Global Payments. A special thank you to Rachel Chambless from United Way for leading this wonderful virtual event. Do you know about Mission: Youth Outreach? This is a partnership between the Joint Military Services and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Any member of the Guard, Reserve, or Active Duty- Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard can sponsor a child to attend our Boys & Girls Club organization for FREE! This is at no cost to the sponsoring military member! It just takes a few minutes of your time to come by our organization to become a sponsor! A big THANK YOU to all who have already become sponsors!
Thank you Kiwanis Club of Columbus - Georgia for your gracious donation! We could not continue our mission without your wonderful support! Also, thank you WTVM News Leader 9 for recognizing our wonderful supporters that help make our community a better place to live! https://www.wtvm.com//kiwanis-club-columbus-donates-k-boy/
