Saturday August 31st we are going to offer our first full self-defense class. Class will be at 9 to 10 a.m.. Please sign up for this class so we know how many to expect. You can sign up but commenting, do, or calling.

Class times will now be Monday and Thursday 4:30 and 6. And Saturday at 10. We hope to see you there!
