Yesterday, Closing 1 of 2 happened for my sweet clients. They trusted me with the sale of their home and I'm pleased to say they had 16 offers, got 103% of asking price and were only on the market 3 days! Today was closing day for a past client who is enjoying retirement from the military and entering a new phase in life #Landlord He purchased a fantastic 4 side brick ranch on 1.01 acres in Commerce!
