This video was shot pre-COVID. We hosted a joint team practice. ATL Zoom Track Club and the Blue Lightning Track Club got it in. This video is a youth track coach and friend Allen Rossum - former pro bowler and NFL's #1 return man. Our teams are among the best in Georgia. We brought our clubs together for a joint-team practice, so our young champions can learn from each other, get exposed to different training systems, sharper the saw, and create friendships. It was an awesome practiced a lot of fun!
