To the untrained eye this might look like tree sap or mud or possibly even . But it wasn’t... it was ! This was confirmed when I got a good look at it before Britney Brown expertly slid it into a plastic bag. Definitely, without a doubt... . #WhatTheFriday #WTFriday

Yesterday we tested the drywall weight capacity of the master bedroom ceiling on this particular house. I'm not sure what this weight rating is supposed to be, but it definitely couldn't hold a 165 pound inspector! We recommend adding additional support in this area in case someone ever tries this again. Also, now is a great time to point out that in situations like this, it’s nice to have Blueprint Builders at your disposal. All repairs will be completed before due diligence is even up! #WhatTheFriday #WTFriday
