We are looking for a more than a bookkeeper who is smart enough to act more like a CFO and has a wide diversity of experience t...hat can help them manage a multitude of different types of tasks. The expected week will have anywhere from 20-30 hours of work. The ideal candidate would be someone who is: Knowledgeable in QB, understanding "the of WHY things are done" to help build good processes for ensuring transactions are accurate, money is tracked and prevent fraud or theft. We want someone who will always work to create better processes. Strong at Excel. We have several spreadsheets that we use for not only us, but clients with robust formulas. These spreadsheets change over time as our clients need change and you need to be able to create the right formulas to suit proper operation. Resourceful enough to research the unknown. Takes a task and finds the solution. Able to hold the ownership team and other leaders accountable to get what you need to get your job completed on-time. Able to work with multiple LLC’s that have some blended ownership and is able to keep the accounting straight. A self-starter, anti-procrastinator who doesn’t need to be micro-managed. This role requires tasks to be done on-time, even though you’ll generally be given plenty of time to do it Comfortable working with IT. We need someone who can work with vendors, setting up new software, getting the most out of the software we have and making occasional changes in WordPress. Has a desire to work with Social Media and help with some marketing tasks. We’d like weekly posts on our FB, Instagram, TikTok and GMB pages. We don’t want cookie cutter, cut and paste jobs. Ideally, we would love someone with at least basic graphic design skills for making mailers and point of purchase material and flyers. Able to assist in organizing and planning around five large group meetings annually with 30 or so guests. It requires negotiations with hotels and restaurants, as well as getting registrations out and keeping guests informed of their scheduled events. What we offer: A true work from home environment.
