***UPDATE: $250 REWARD: Friends of Hard Labor Creek has added a $250 reward for it's safe return!*** The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is assisting the Georgi...a Department of Natural Resources State Parks & Historic Sites Division in trying to locate the medallion that use to adorn the main entrance sign of Hard Labor Creek State Park. This 18 medallion is believed to date back to the park’s opening in 1946 and is irreplaceable to the history of the park. We believe the medallion has been missing since early September.
