Hey babies!!! I feel like this isn’t something we don’t have to hit on often but as New Clients start to book, I felt it was the perfect time to go over this.... At the start of 2021 the cancellation policy was updated because December ended with a lot of new bookings and last minute cancellations...the updated cancellation policy is 50% of your TOTAL service cost, for canceling within 24 hours and 100% of the TOTAL service cost for a no call, no show. If you are 15 minutes o...r more late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment (and 50% of the payment, will still be due). If you cancel within 24 hours and you do not have a valid credit card on file....the cancellation fee must be paid prior to rebooking. If you are a No Call, No Show or (my personal favorite) you attempt to dispute the cancellation fees you will not be allowed to rebook with me. You ladies that know me, know I’m more understanding and more flexible than most....all I ask is that you communicate and respect my time the way that I will always respect yours.
