Hey folks. Two things. First, we are excited about our recent expansion at BOBLAWFirm. If you have not seen it yet, take a look. Some of you have asked me about the Dyksma case which has been on the news quite a bit recently. There are three things you should know about this case: 1. Greg Dyksma and Tammy Dyksma are our clients. Their only son Nicholas was killed in 2015 while being arrested. 2. We filed suit against the officers in Federal Court. Lead attorney is Craig Jones. We do not do so lightly. We are not waving our hands and saying that all law enforcement officers are violent and bad. If you a...re a police officer and you think the conduct of these particular officers is excessive, then we hope you will support the Dyksma family. 3. Greg and Tammy decided that they wanted the public to see the video footage showing how the law enforcement officers killed their son. They knew they would have to relive the the pain. They knew they would be subject to intense criticism. They knew it would make them vulnerable. But they did it all the same. I only hope that if I was ever in the tragic situation of having lost my son at someone else's hands, I could be as strong as Greg and Tammy Dyksmaa. Here is one story.
