Reopening Date Dear Salon Bohemia community, Please read the entire email thoroughly... ... I will be reopening on Monday, May 4th. This open date is set further out because we have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), sanitization products and about 8 pages of safety guidelines to follow to keep myself and you safe. Appointments will need to be longer to comply with CDC/Cosmetology state board standards. This means I will not be able to have completely booked out days. I currently have around 80 appointments to schedule and you will be contacted in the order of you initial appointment, as I have said before. Once everyone has been booked, for those of you who did not have a scheduled appointment, online booking will become available. There will unfortunately be no "squeezing people in", that will interfere with the rules and guidelines I have been given. Going forward during this time I have been told I must take my temperature before each day, I ask you do the same. If your temperature is above 100 degrees please contact me immediately and we will reschedule. Each appointment will be one on one. If the appointment is not booked for you, you will not be allowed in the room. Salon Lofts has informed us that no one is permitted in waiting areas. You MUST remain in your car until I have notified you that my previous guest has left, my space is sanitized and I'm ready for your appointment. If you have a mask that goes around your ears please wear it. I will be required to wear a mask and gloves during all appointments. To continue to provide the safest environment it is important to practice social distancing and follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC. Thank you so much for sticking with me. COVID-19 UPDATE Dear Salon Bohemia community, As you may have heard Governor Kemp has decided to open some businesses back up starting on Friday, April 24th. This is exciting but also scary. The numbers for Covid-19 have yet to plateau, or decline. So extreme precaution should still be taken. ... I have placed an order for supplies,however the supply store I order from is currently backed up over a week due to the situation at hand. Unfortunately until I have a confirmed ship date I can't give an exact open date. Please also keep in mind the open date is not solely dependent on supplies, but also on Salon Lofts corporate office. We have yet to hear back since Governor Kemps most recent press conference, when I have word I will let you know more information. I have contacted you all at some time during this to inform you that you'd be put on a waitlist. You will be contacted again in the order of you first initial appointment to be rescheduled. I know everyone wants to get in ASAP, however there are many factors impacting the scheduling of appointments. I'd like to make sure all the bases are covered and I will have everything I need to give the quality service you deserve.
