This is why I do what I do. Horses can can change lives. They build confidence and strength. They require commitment and respect, and they give respect once earned. They do not judge based on how you look, what grades you make in school, or what clothes you wear. They judge you on how you treat them. Horses can change lives!

The love of horses and children has always been there! So grateful I get to teach kids to ride for a living! Living the dream!

Meet Flash. Flash is a bit of a local celebrity. If you’ve ever been to one of our community rides at Philema Road Baptist Church, Sherwood 4th of July Festival..., or the Special Olympics fundraiser at Butterfly Park, you have likely met Flash. He’s done numerous birthday parties and has trained dozens of children and adults to ride. He is 14 years old and has been with us since he was 2. There has always been something special about Flash. He is calm and levelheaded with a steady gait and a canter that feels like a rocking horse. There isn’t a mean bone in his body. Flash wants you to know that you are welcome to come ride whether you are 6 years old or 66. Flash believes age is just a number. I must make note that Flash’s real owner is Papa, AKA Kebie Dale AKA Kevin Childs. He gets the credit for the development of this one-of-a-kind horse.
