This basement has tons of space and fulfills many family needs. You enter into a great room with compact, but fully functional kitchenette. Notice the french doors on both side that keeps the room feeling open and airy. We designed truly custom cabinetry to maximize the corner space and allow for all the basic appliance (owner to add later). The owners went with LVT tile flooring for durability and appearance. On one side is a very large bedroom with walk in closet. Opposite is a gym room, office and future library room. With 9' ceilings the space does not feel like a basement at all and allows for ceiling fans in every room. This is a great example of a simple yet very functional basement that offers a lot pf space for the money.

This guest bath was also really stuck in the 80's. Again, we removed the old fiberglass tub, flooring, cabinetry, and started with a blank slate. Here we went with a modern, deep acrylic tub, and installed classic subway tile to the ceiling. We installed barnwood ceramic tile planks for that rich textured look. Notice the shiplap siding behind the vanity for that cottage feel. Add in a new vanity, quartz top and rectangle under mount sink, new fixtures, custom lighting, beveled edge mirror, and fresh new colors. What you have is a guest bath that feels like the Marriott!.

This 80's home had limited space without blowing out the footprint. Working with the homeowner and designer, I really believe we knocked it out of the park. We removed the old fiberglass tub, dated flooring, cabinetry, wallpaper, and linoleum. We added a custom shower that is nearly 6 inches wider than before, using beveled subway tiles and mosaics for the floor. Also note the beautiful niche and corner seat, all enclosed with heavy glass and all new fixtures. Also we installed new cabinetry, a quartz top with under-mount sink, beveled edge mirror, new lighting and ventilation fans, bead board trim and fresh colors. Doesn't look 80's anymore!

This customer wanted to open up the space between her great room and the keeping room. We were able to open up the wall and create a 10' x 8' cased opening and as you see it really completely changes the feel of the rooms. We also laced in bamboo flooring with the existing, added new ceiling fans, and gave everything a fresh coat of paint.

This Kitchen (see end photos) was built in the 90's and had typical tract home type products and finishes. We re-finished the cabinets with sprayed white lacquer, added updated brushed nickle pulls and handles, and minor cabinet modifications. We then installed Calacatta Vicenza Quartz tops with under-mount sink and new Single lever faucet & beveled white subway tile backsplash. We also added Judges panels on the peninsula, recessed LED lighting, LED valance lighting, installed new Bamboo engineered flooring, new appliances, fresh paint throughout, and new entry doors. As you can see, clearly a completely updated look. Another BTB custom remodel completed on time and on budget.
