Callahan’s surgery was more complicated than the doctor anticipated, but still a success as far as removal goes (visual success will be determined in the following years). Until February 1st, the aim of the game is to keep his hands out of his eye to protect the stitches, 4 different eye drops 4 times daily, and embrace looking like ...a fly . Once February comes around, we will be given several more steps that will continue for a minimum of 5 years. He seems to be fairly comfortable and his momma has been acting like a bigger baby than he has through all of this.
