I was just contacted by a real estate auctioneer in the Midwest who held a Multi Parcel Live On-site auction this week. All the bidders stayed in their vehicles while the auctioneer gave the instructions and auctioned through a P.A. system. All tracts were sold and very happy seller!

Another update: i am still very active working with Auction.com, and am scheduled to perform the courthouse foreclosure auction on November 1 in Perry, GA (Houston County.) If you don't already know that is pronounced as if to say "House-ton"..not like the city in Texas!
