Welcome Erika as the newest edition to the BodyTrac Thomasville family. She is excited to join the team & help you continue on all your health & fitness goals. She is a native of Thomasville and recently graduated from the University of Mobile, where she was an All-American softball player. She has had a love for fitness ever since she started playing sports at six years old. She loves helping others reach their goals in order to feel confident, strong, and empowered. "I believe fitness is something that should be exciting and challenging without being overwhelming. There is never a wrong time to better yourself and I look forward to helping you in every way I can. Through proper technique, consistency, and progression, we will achieve any fitness goal you may have."

We are following the recommendations set forth by the CDC regarding protection from the Coronavirus. We are limiting the number of people at the facility, distance between them, and greatly increasing our sanitation/cleaning efforts. Especially at this time, a strong and healthy body is important for everyone. We will do our best to help you continue on your health & fitness journey. We have temporary updated hours starting next week to slowly and cautiously open back up to... serve the members: Monday: 6a.m.-9a.m. & 4p.m.-7p.m. Tuesday: Closed Wednesday: 6a.m.-9a.m. & 4p.m.-7p.m. Thursday: Closed Friday: 6a.m.-9a.m. & 4p.m.-7p.m. Saturday: 8a.m.-11a.m. For those members unable to attend we will be introducing additional accountability offerings next week!!! We know that some are unable to make it to workout and frequent other regular businesses so we have come up with weekly home workouts. We will be providing 3 home workouts a week. Also, remember to wear your Myzone Heart Rate Monitor. Starting on April 1st there is a Myzone Global Challenge with over $10,000 in prizes.
