Hello neighbors! We are currently working on a revamp of the HOA website. The URL (address) will change, so please be on the lookout here for the new address and new design. Thanks!

There is a new sign in the HOA notification box at the front of the neighborhood. Please help us keep the main entrance clear of parked traffic. Gwinnett county police have noticed and have commented on the inability to get emergency equipment in and out of the neighborhood if the main road is clogged with parked cars. Please do your part and walk with your little loved ones for the bus.

BREAK IN: I am sorry to say we've had a report of another break in. This home was in the process of being listed for sale and the owners were not home at the time. There was obvious damage done to an outside rear door to gain entry. I urge all of you, if you see ANYTHING suspicious, call 911. We have had Gwinnett county police on patrol, but that is not deterring these criminals. We can only hope they are misguided teens and not people with violent intentions.

Hit and Run: We’ve had a hit and run in the neighborhood last night. If you heard or saw anything please speak up. Let’s work together to stop these problems by keeping watch and not parking in the street.

We have had increasing reports of burglary attempts and burglaries in the neighborhood. Here are some tips we can all use in the fight against crime! Get To Know Your Neighbors Creating these relationships help you know what is normal and what could potentially be suspicious. Do you have a way to reach your neighbor if they are gone and something is amiss in the neighborhood?... Keep Up Your Yard A well-kept yard provides fewer places for suspicious persons to take cover. Be Cautious When Going Out Of Town Talk to your neighbors before going out of town so they can help be on the lookout. Close Windows and Blinds At Night Leaving your blinds open and lights on at night provides a free look into your house, its layout, and the habits of its occupants. Install A Security System Studies show that burglars tend to skip homes that have security systems. Report Suspicious Activity Report suspicious activity to the police and neighbors. COMMUNICATING WITH THE NEIGHBORHOOD The best way to communicate with as many residents in the neighborhood as possible is to follow our Facebook page. The web address is https://www.facebook.com/BurnhamRidgeHOA. We will continue to work to make current information available to everyone here. COMMUNITY WATCH It would be wonderful if we can organize a group of neighbors into a community watch. In order to make this successful, we need volunteers (10 volunteers would be ideal). If you are interested in joining the watch, please send a message via the Facebook page or to [email protected]. HOA BOARD MEMBERS We also need volunteers to round out our HOA board. If you are interested, please send a message via the Facebook page or to [email protected].

Be watchful of neighborhood children who are walking to and from the bus stop and crossing the street. Please slow down!
