A wonderful guide to native butterflies in the swallowtail family! Swallowtail is NOT a generic term that fits all butterflies and Habitat supporter Ellen Honeycutt spells it out in this great blog https://usinggeorgianativeplants.blogspot.com//beyond-blac

***617 North Jefferson Ave., Eatonton, Ga 31024. Open 7 days a week, dawn to dusk. No entrance fees, no parking fees no glass ceilings! all welcome I really don’t know who is tasked to open & shut the entrance gate- if it simply shut during daylight hours, please open and go right in! If, due to pandemic issues, the habitat is shut down - there will be a lock on the gate as well as a sign. That info will also be posted here, if it happens.

True in 2017 and true now! Helping hands have created this habitat and are always needed to maintain it. This is the time we need for regular garden work - please send a message if you would like to become actively involved!
