Hybrid Lashes with Tinting (no filter!) These are mostly handmade volume fans using .03 diameter with just a few .15 diameter classics added in for piece-y texture. We tinted the lashes first with blue-black tint to frame the lower lash line and get all those blond baby hairs in the top lash line for lushness ___________________________... #lashartists #lashtechs #lashtraining #eyelashextensions #lashextensionartists #lashextensiontechs #lashsalons #lashlove #atllashes #atllash #atllashartists #atlantalash #atlantalashartists #gwinnettlash #lashtips #gwinnettlashes #atlantalashes #atlantalashtraining #lashschool #atlantalashtraining

COACHING at butterfly When I was new artist I was consistently reaching milestones and roadblocks for the first year to two- I would have loved to have spent just 2-3 hours with someone who could have helped me pinpoint the exact things I was struggling with and break through those walls much faster than stumbling through on my own! At the time all I could find were expensive 1-2 day workshops. That’s why I offer coaching- just like I created my lash studio to be the kind o...f studio I’d want to get my lashes done at, I’ve created a coaching program to be the kind of program I wished I could have had! New artists or established artists, we have so many things to learn and level up to! My specialty is client retention through ultimate natural lash protection and building handmade fans. If you’re ready to ditch the expensive premade fans or need help pinpointing new isolation techniques, I’m here for you! Even just 1-2 hours can help you break through a plateau! DM me here or text me anytime at 678-677-5573. See more

Waiting on Latisse We achieved some beautifully remarkable results here while waiting for a prescription lash serum to kick in! Technically, we lash artists are taught to NOT lash when the natural lashes are frail or sparse. That’s where the mega volume technique can- ironically-save the day! Typical lash extensions have a diameter and weight of .15-.20 for classic and .07 for most volume techniques. Mega Volume techniques utilize the smallest diameter available, a .03. I...t’s so baby fine it cannot be picked up with fingers, only tweezers! A .07 volume technique can only allow 3-5 lashes per natural lash, where the .03 was made to allow up to 25 lashes per natural lash for ultimate density! But the .03 can be used in smaller quantities, like 3-10 lashes per natural lash, on weak or damaged lashes to create volume while allowing the natural lashes to grow and get stronger. The trick to help facilitate that growth is to keep the fan bases needle thin. Can you use lash serum while getting lash extensions? Well that’s another story (or post) for another day coming soon (the short answer- in most cases yes!) ___________________________ See more

Do you need a license to do lash extensions? It’s one of the most common questions I’m asked! The short answer-yes! I just got around to displaying my licenses in my studio to help reassure my clients- new and longtime!- that they are in a safe place. Yes-licenseS. To be completely legal and compliant, I have a Georgia Esthetician license for myself, a Georgia Salon license for the studio, a local Business license for the studio, and a yearly insurance certificate. And th...at’s BEFORE my lash training certificates. As of this writing, only a couple of states have NO regulations. MOST states- including Georgia-require some sort of board-certified Cosmetologist license in order to perform lash extensions. But that is mostly to ensure everyone is up to speed on safety and sanitation. After your license, most states-including Georgia-don’t require any formal LASH training to perform lash extensions. That’s where it gets a little dicey- It’s too easy to cause mild to serious damage to someone’s lash line if they haven’t taken the time to get the detailed training on proper application, whether through a formal course or on their own study. The lash industry feels a bit like the Wild West at the moment- it’s fairly new, rapidly changing, and incredibly exciting. So lash techs don’t technically have to be lash certifiedto be amazing. To protect yourself just make sure your tech is licensed and ask to see pictures of their work before and after fills from their above angle to determine if that artist is right for you! _______________________ #eyelashextensions #hybridlashes #megalashes #volumelashes #classiclashes #nomoremascara #buford #flowerybranch #braselton #busymoms #mompreneur #beforeandafter #lashfill #beauty #lashextensions #beforeandafterlashes #bridalbeauty #bufordlashes #gwinnettlashes #atlantalashes #atlantalashextensions #womenownedbusinesses #megavolume

Volume Lashes don’t always mean dramatic lashes! In actuality, most of my clients who want a natural look end up going with volume lashes. The texture is light and exquisite, filling in areas that may have natural gaps. To help make it look natural I use a styling pattern that mimics the long and short lashes your lash line already has in place. ___________________________ #eyelashextensions #hybridlashes #megalashes #volumelashes #classiclashes #nomoremascara #buford #flo...werybranch #braselton #busymoms #mompreneur #beforeandafter #lashfill #beauty #lashextensions #beforeandafterlashes #bridalbeauty #bufordlashes #gwinnettlashes #atlantalashes #atlantalashextensions #womenownedbusinesses #megavolume See more
