Lots going on today at the farm!!

Both of us were using the backpack sprayers today to kill grass, but only got pics of Van.

Planted these onions back in January and had our first harvest today.

New salt/mineral block for Caramel, Scamper, & Cuddles

Looks like we’ll have another good crop of blueberries again this summer!

Thankful for a beautiful, sunny day! Someone recommended plain yogurt to improve laying in hens, so we’re giving it a try. Other pics show a couple fields of recently trimmed Murray X Cypress trees.

Four more chicks. These are Easter Eggers...supposed to lay pastel colored eggs when they start laying.

Today at the farm...

As this article states, 2020 was a very different season due to Covid policies, but we did have lots of new customers. Adding those to our faithful regulars gave us better tree sales than we’ve had in recent years. Thanks to all who visited our farm!!

Granddaughter Holland helped with feeding the animals this afternoon.
