Okay everyone, going to be doing a Memorial Day brisket cook. Chef Andrew will be smoking these things to Texas perfection! Whole briskets (14-16 pounds) $100..., Half briskets (7-8 pounds) $50, Quarters (3-4 pounds) $30. Doing small cook for Thursday May 23rd, 4PM pickup and big cook for Monday Memorial Day May 27th, with pickup to start at 8AM with last pickup to be by NOON.
