It was incredible to host Toccoa Falls College Hmong Student Association's retreat this past week. Their group reminded us that the unrushed, unplugged and unplanned moments truly bring to the forefront the finer things in life. Thank you Hmong Student Association for blessing US and we can't wait to have you back on camp property!

Meet the Green Machine, Camp Evergreen's new tractor (and all the the wonderful volunteers who helped bring it to camp)! What a story of God's provision! Volunteers Bob Cook & Ken Iossi saw the need for a tractor and contacted Tommy Purcell about purchasing his. When Tommy heard about the Camp Evergreen ministry, he DONATED his tractor!! Ken completely overhauled the tractor and gave it a new paint job. Volunteer Sandy Stryker gave it snazzy new lettering and our logo, and Jana Flury of Keller Williams Realty provided a new bush hog attachment for it. Thanks to the Green Machine and this amazing team of volunteers, our camp property has never looked better!

Each summer we host 3 mission camps where all campers get the chance to come to camp for free! These scholarships are sponsored by our wonderful Camp Evergreen family. Back in 2019, we partnered with @wildernessworks and @pawkids_at_grovepark for some of our scholarshiped camps! We’re so happy to get the opportunity to work with these two amazing organizations and see all that they do for their communities throughout the year.

Thank you to everyone who donated to our 2020 Christmas Gift Catalog! We received 57 donations that will support the Evergreen Experience. We met our goal of 20 meal donations and also received 16 campership donations! We are so grateful for your support and can’t wait to get started with our plans for 2021! #evergreenexperience

As 2020 comes to a close, we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone in the Camp Evergreen family. This year was unlike any we have seen before and yet we were able to make it through thanks to the help of you guys!
