The racing community lost a trailblazer today when Dick Hoyt passed away. Dick and his son paved a path for many of us and showed the world what inclusion in s...ports is all about. Racing since the late 70's, the Hoyts fought many battles that are still difficult ones today for athletes and individuals with disabilities. However, that didn't stop them from pushing forward. The words thank you will never express our deep appreciation for all they have done. While Dick has crossed his final finish line in this life, his legacy will live on each time a disabled athlete is able to cross theirs. Picture of Kyle and Brent meeting Dick in 2019!

Fresh new build rolled out this week, Litespeed Bicycles Nolichucky adorned with Fox Racing, Boyd Cycling wheels, and BOX Components drivetrain. Such a beautiful ride, and fun to build. Great day with Walking with KPeasey yesterday at the #publixmarathon. Such great people, volunteers, athletes... Atlanta Motor Speedway is a great venue for this race! Few shots from the day.

2020 was, well, let's just say not what anyone expected. Thank you for your support this year and here's hoping for a much better 2021 for all, with lots of riding of course! Remembrance ride this past Sunday in honor of Michel Lamar. He will be missed by many. Great turnout to honor his memory. Tim Barrett in attendance and with the photo credit.

A few weeks ago, we lost one of the good ones. Michel Lamar was one of the nicest, kindest, most giving souls in the bike world. A 30+ year veteran of the bike industry, he’s worked almost every aspect of the business. From wrenching with Pro teams, like the Postal Service team, to working with local athletes in Atlanta, he was a talented and knowledge professional. He’s easily forgotten more about old school bikes than we will ever know! Lately Michel had been doing a bit of wrenching at the shop and it was awesome to be able to have him in weekly. Always a smile on his face. He lived a full life and will be missed, both on and off the bike. Ride on Michel, we will miss you dearly sir. Thanks for everything you gave us both in the shop and out! There will be a memorial ride for Michel this Sunday.

Most charity events lately have either been cancelled or gone virtual given the pandemic situation. Definitely making fundraising for a cause a bit harder these days.
