For many of you, these pictures represent good friends hanging out together for dinner with laughs and enjoying each other. For us, it represents so, so much more. This represents my parent's journey as small business owners that began in 1990. This represents a generation carrying on a business with blood, sweat, tears, and laughs. This picture represents the journey of God's plan. This picture represents husband and wife working together (it works well because he stays in t...he kitchen). This represents bringing my newborn, she is 7 now, to work and letting her sleep in a bus pan so that I could work. This represents a devoted husband and father. This represents early days and late nights. This represents our Canoochee Catfish family. We love them all This represents marriages, births, deaths, graduations, happy and sad times of our employees. This represents long-term and dedicated employees. This represents it takes us all of us to make it work. This represents life long friends gained along the way. This represents supportive family and friends. This represents customers walking to the kitchen to say hello. This represents customers bringing fresh cut flowers out of their yard. This represents hoping the next night goes smoother. This represents customers walking in and knowing their order already. This represents us all pitching in and helping. This represents us trying to always make our customers happy. Beginning Thursday, May 7, 2020, we will be opening the dining room with some limitations in an effort to follow CDC guidelines. We must follow these guidelines to open the dining room. Our priority is to keep our employees and our customers safe. Employees will be wearing a face mask or facial covering, employees will be screened for Covid signs and symptoms and a fever greater than 100.4. We kindly ask our customers to delay their visit to us if they are exhibiting signs & ...symptoms of Covid and have a fever greater than 100.4. We must also practice table spacing. As many of you know already, this limits our available seating about in half. We please ask for patience during this difficult transition. There can be no congregating in the front waiting area. When you come in and the dining room is full, we will take your name and ask that you wait outside or in your vehicle. We will come and find you. We will still offer curbside service for our customers that are not quite ready for the dine in experience. You can still begin calling in to-go orders at 2pm. The phone lines stay busy! We will open at 430 and close at 930pm. We will see how these hours work and will certainly extend hours of operation as indicated. We want to get back to our usual routine as soon as we can. THANK YOU! is the first thing I want to shout to our customers. You have supported our small business through this uncertain and unprecedented time. Your support has been nothing short of amazing. Another LOUD shout out to our family of employees that has worked like crazy with carryout orders. You guys rock and THANK YOU! We could not have done this without you. We will continue with carryout for this weekend. Our plan is to reopen the dining room beginning next Thursday,... May 7, 2020. Further details to follow. Hello to everyone from Canoochee Catfish. First of all, we know our success comes from every single customer that walks through the door and our dedicated employees. We are so fortunate for both! We want to be responsible to our community. Beginning this weekend, we will only be offering carry out orders. Our hours of business will be 4:30pm until 9:00pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. When you call in an order 478-237-7242, we will go ahead and give you a total. If you need one of us to carry it to your car let us know. Our hope is that we all remain safe during this time. Please remember that if you call and the phone is busy, try again! We will weather this storm together! Thanks again for the years of support. Hello everyone. I wanted to post as we have received many phone calls about us opening this weekend. We do not take this current situation lightly. It has truly been discussed hour by hour. We are monitoring as close as we can. Daily we have been in touch with our health inspector for food service updates. Our plan is to be open this weekend. Since closing last weekend we have cleaned and sanitized every inch of the restaurant. Please hear me, this has been our routine practi...ce since day one. We think it best to not offer our self serve salad bar until further notice. Our priority is to keep our employees and our customers safe.
