Although the school clinic is closed, we are still seeing all patients at our CareConnect Family Practice & Pediatrics office in Richland! Monday-Friday 8:30 AM till 5 PM. 510 Alston Street, Richland. Call 229-887-3324 to make an appointment or walk in!

Beginning Monday, February 24th, we will be CLOSED on Mondays until further notice. We will still see children for regular medication administration, but we will not be seeing any other patients on Mondays. We will be open as usual Tuesday-Fridays every week. Thank you!

We are back to our normal hours starting today! Erin Pate, FNP will see patients Monday-Friday 7:15 AM till 3:45 PM! We look forward to seeing everyone!
