Starting January 14th we are offering COVID-19 Vaccines to Health Care Workers, First Responders, and People above 65 years of age at our Alamo (Tel: 912-568-1438) and Roberta (Tel: 229-384-5576) offices. You can call these numbers to schedule an appointment. No walk-ins. Addresses and hours for these offices: CareConnect Family Practice, 139 E Main Street, Alamo, GA, 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM; and CareConnect Family Practice, 254 Wright Ave, Roberta, GA, 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM.
