EXCITING NEWS! Starting in February, select meal distribution sites will serve FFVP (Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Program) snacks along with meals on WEDNESDAYS! Participating Sites: Clarke Middle, Hilsman Middle, JJ Harris Elementary, Winterville Elementary, & WR. Coile Middle.... What do you need to do? NOTHING! The FFVP items will be distributed along with meals on the mobile routes and/or curbside for the sites listed above. What is included? Servings of FRESH fruits or vegetables along with instructions on how to properly wash, prepare, and eat the FFVP snack items. Menu will be posted soon, but next week, the FFVP snack will include Cara Cara Oranges (yum!), Avocadoes (so heart healthy!), and TWO varieties of Sweet Potatoes (purple ones & red ones!). #virtualccsd #bettertogether #KeepGAFed #servingsuperstars

Reminder for curbside families....use MyPaymentsPlus to preorder the school meals that you want to pick up. You can access next week's preorder until Saturday (1/16) at 5:00pm. January menus--MOBILE & CURBSIDE--have been updated to reflect CCSD's decision to remain virtual at this time. Note: Meal distribution days for next week will be different due to MLK Day Holiday. There will not be any meal distribution on Monday, January 18th.
