October Appreciation Baskets went to Tami Bozeman, Nancy Bishop, Shirley Blunk and Cara Shea! Thank you to all of our parents that donated items for this months basket! We had another round of happy teachers and staff members! THANK YOU TEACHERS AND STAFF! WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Movie Night at Lancer Field has been approved for the night of Saturday, November 14, 2020! We will be showing the movie Overcomer. We will be sending out the preorder forms for the hamburgers/hotdog plates soon. We will also be selling popcorn, hot chocolate and candy. Please be sure to Mark your calendar’s for this amazing night with good food, good fellowship and Godly message! Hope hope to see you all there! Also, please say a prayer that it doesn’t rain

We handed out the October Appreciation baskets today but one person wasn’t there to get theirs so we will post the baskets on Thursday afternoon when that staff member is able to see hers.

Make sure you turn in your items for the PTO basket. Last pick up will be today at 3:00

Tomorrow is the last day to turn in your Appreciation Basket items. Please turn them into the office if you have not already. Items will be picked up and baskets made tomorrow night. Thanks to all of our donors for the generosity you have shown this month!

Notes from PTO meeting 10/20/20 Popcorn/Peanuts and Hot Chocolate- we have had tremendous success with our sales. We have two home games left that we will be selling at on 10/30 and 11/13. We have 2 volunteers for the remainder of the football games. Frosty Friday- We plan to end on 11/13 and start popcorn and punch once school resumes from Thanksgiving break. We will restart FF in the spring. We have had a lot of different people reach out about volunteering and we hav...e had a different volunteer for each FF. It has been so great meeting new parents during this time! *UPCOMING EVENTS* Family Movie Night- tentative date is Nov 14. We plan to show either Overcomer or Wonder. Once we confirm the movie we will be sending out pre order forms for the hotdog/hamburger plates. We will also be selling Candy/Popcorn and Hot Chocolate at that event. We have had a very generous donor to pay for the licensing for the movie and the candy as well. Art Sale- we will be setting a date for this soon once we figure out how we need to go about social distancing guidelines. We feel this event will be very successful but we also want to keep everyone as safe as possible. This will be offered for K-5th grades with optional opt in for the upper class. Art will be put on good quality cardstock and framed for viewing and available for purchase. We plan for this to take place prior to Christmas break. Thank you to all of our volunteers and we appreciate all of the time and hard work! We are also thankful to all of the donors that have so graciously donated items for the Appreciation Baskets! Without the help from you all we couldn’t do what we do! Thank you!

We had an amazing and productive meeting last night! We had 4 new families join us for our meeting! We love welcoming new families into our PTO! Last night I said it several times but I want to tell y’all again: There is no way that we could do the things we have done and will do without the help and support from our CF families! Our volunteers (be it time, money or prayers) make it possible to be there for our teachers and faculty! Thank you for everything you do and we appreciate each of you!
