This must be good if you try to loose your weight. "If you think you’re hungry, sometimes when you’re actually thirsty, because hunger and thirst are controlled by the same part of your brain. Your hypothalamus steers the shop for both hunger and thirst. So sometimes your body thinks it wants a snack when it really needs water. Try a glass of water the next time you feel like you need a nibble." -Web MD-... PS> By the way, if you want to know what is the hypothalamus, I will post after this post.

I would like to mention just a few muscles: Zygomaticus: Acts to pull the corner of the mouth upward and backward when smiling or laughing Buccinator: Chick muscle Risorius: This muscle is primarily responsible for creating facial expressions. Depressor anguli oris: The muscle associated with frowning... You've likely been told or read that it takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown, and that, in light of this fact, you should smile more often. There are quite a few numbers that get tossed around when this line is used. Some claim it takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but some naysayers claim it's quite the opposite that in fact it takes more muscles to smile than to frown. Like you grow and strengthen the other muscles of your body as you discipline them, you can strengthen your facial muscles as you pull the corner of your mouth upward. In this point, how about we just lift the corners of our mouths all the time and get used to doing it. Then believe or not, you will find yourself smiling. :-D Then again the smiling will help your facial muscles get stronger. Then again you can lift the corner upward with less effort. Then eventually, you will keep your smile all the time. The smiling will lead your heart to smile of course. Eventually, emotionally and physically, you will feel and look younger, too! How wonderful is that!!!

The Muscular Stabilizers of the Shoulder The shape of the bones and thick ligaments stabilize the hip. Muscles stabilize the shoulder. The primary shoulder stabilizer is the rotator cuff; the secondary stabilizers are the triceps and biceps. Yoga postures, such as arm balances and inversions: Plank Pose, Side Plank Pose, Scale Pose (advanced pose), Plow Pose, Supported Shoulders, Supported Headstand (advanced pose) etc, strengthen these muscles, balancing stability and mobility in the joint. -The Key Muscles- * If you have arthritis or sensitive shoulders, strong yoga poses can hurt your shoulders. So let’s listen to our bodies and discus with your doctor if you have shoulder problems.
