Georgia State Day (#TheStateDay), the university’s annual day of giving, will begin at 10 AM on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 and will continue until 7:13 PM on September 30 one day, nine hours and 13 minutes, a duration chosen in honor of the university’s founding year. Last year, more than 1,600 alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends made donations totaling more than $540,000.
