Georgia State Day (#TheStateDay), the university’s annual day of giving, will begin at 10 AM on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 and will continue until 7:13 PM on September 30 one day, nine hours and 13 minutes, a duration chosen in honor of the university’s founding year. Last year, more than 1,600 alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends made donations totaling more than $540,000. This year, our goal is to have 1,913 donors as we continue the growth of #TheStateDay tradition an...d expand its impact. Becoming a Georgia State Day Ambassador is the easiest and most effective way you can make a difference.
