The Rabbit Hole on Liberty is here! Downtown Waynesboro's newest restaurant, billed as "a lifestyle boutique and eatery" is opening tomorrow, Saturday, December... 12th. We got a sneak peek at the place earlier this week and were stunned at the fantastic renovation that the ladies have done! Be sure to stop in and see Tonya and Angela. They are at 609 Liberty Street (The old Snack Box). We will be planning a Grand Opening and ribbon cutting in the near future. See y'all Downtown! See more

Emergency Sewer Repair: Part of North Academy Avenue (between West 6th Street and West 7th Street) will be closed temporarily over the next 2 weeks as the City of Waynesboro has a contractor make an emergency sewer repair. Please direct any questions to the City of Waynesboro Public Works office at 706-554-8033. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The Annual Christmas Parade is tomorrow, Saturday, December 12th, at 1PM. If you plan to participate, even if you have not emailed, we are not assigning numbers... this year. We will be at the fairgrounds and will direct participants to a spot as you arrive. To try to avoid traffic congestion problems around the fairgrounds, we are asking all participants to set up inside the fairgrounds fences and NOT on the street. So when we start at 1PM sharp, the first entry will leave from the fairgrounds, not from Brentwood Street. Let's have a safe and fun parade! See more
#DYK Carrots play a critical component to world health. They’re the single source of vitamin A in the diets of many cultures. Sweet, crunchy and able to be eaten raw or cooked, they’re also a great source of other minerals and fiber. PLUS they are in season! Go find some today!
The Annual Christmas Parade will be this coming Saturday, December 12th, at 1PM. There is no official registration, all you need to do it email [email protected] with the name of your group, a contact person and number, and what kind of entry (car, truck, horse, etc). We encourage participants that wish to throw candy to the children to take the appropriate precautions and to do so safely. We will take emails up until Friday afternoon. We will leave the fairgrounds at 1PM, sharp, so don't be late! Hope to see many of you there! See more
