Our members have spoken, you want more STRENGTH for 2021. We’ve added two strength classes to our weekly schedule: Tuesday at 6:30pm and Thursday at 5:15pm.

In lieu of the Governor's announcement yesterday, which is allowing certain businesses including gyms to reopen, we are currently evaluating state guidelines to determine when the most appropriate time will be to reopen our doors. We are eager to come back; however, the health and safety of our members and community is paramount to us. We will remain closed through April and will continue to update you on a reopening plan. Your memberships will remain frozen and we will provide ample notice before we officially reopen. Please don't hesitate to share with us your thoughts, as any feedback is appreciated.
