Hello everyone. As a reminder, new insurance cards from your carriers should be in the mail. Please stop by the office and have the staff members scan them so we have them for the new year. If you do not receive your card please contact your insurance company. Thank you!

At Clark Medical group, the health of our patients, visitors, and staff is of our utmost concern. Following the suggestions of the CDC, federal, and state agencies we are implementing the following changes to our office policy: No visitors will be allowed in the office until further notice. Friends and family members are welcome to call the patient for updates. Exceptions are parents/guardians of minor children. Visitors accompanying patients to the office may wait outside or... in their vehicles. We encourage all our patients and family members to follow the CDC's guidelines to keep everyone safe.
