Early voting started yesterday and will continue through to Dec. 30 from 8:30am to 4:30pm at the Clay County Courthouse. We will be closed Thurs. Dec. 24 and Fri. Dec. 25 and will be closing at noon Dec. 31 and will be closed Fri. Jan. 1. There will be no Saturday voting for this election. Election day, Jan. 5 will be at the Social Service building 159 Wilson Street from 7:00am to 7:00pm
Clay County Elections will begin their recount on Nov. 30 at 9:00am at the courthouse.

Early voting starts Oct. 12 through Oct. 30 from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Clay County Courthouse. Saturday voting will be October 24 from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the courthouse. Election day, Nov. 3 will be at the Social Service building 159 Wilson Street from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

Clay County voters can now drop their General Primary ballots in the drop box on the front porch of the courthouse.
Good afternoon Clay County residents. The Primary Election which was scheduled for May 19th has been rescheduled due to covid-19 . The election will now be held... on Tuesday, June 9th. Absentee ballot applications that have been sent thru the mail will still be good for the June 9th election. Advance voting for the Primary Election will be held starting on Monday, May 18th until Friday June 5th, at the courthouse from 8:30 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. Saturday voting will be held on May 30th at the courthouse from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. I want to encourage each of you to exercise your right to VOTE!
