We are currently seeking experienced and reliable subcontractors with at least a two-man crew to build decks and complete remodeling projects in the Augusta, Georgia area. Yes, we pull permits and build to current code. An effective Subcontractor must have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards. Looking for honest & hardworking individuals. Lots of opportunity! Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in deck building... and/or Home Remodeling. Must have excellent and verifiable carpentry skills. Must have your own vehicle, tools, and insurance. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be fully insured and provide proof of liability, auto and workers' compensation insurance. Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and lift to 90 lbs. without help. Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills. Must possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills. The Assistant Project Coordinator will assist the Project Coordinator in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget by performing the following duties as assigned. And Eliminate customer stress and minimizes costs. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling, planning, procurement & working with subcontractors Coordinate material selec...tions, change orders & invoicing Work with suppliers to facilitate pick up or delivery of material to and from job sites Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties and responsibilities Oversee construction projects to ensure work is within project scope, on time for completion and budget Document job progression in detail with notes and photos. Communicate with clients Make sure the COC is signed for each job, before invoicing Ensure the process flow from job approval to final invoicing (and payments) has been accomplished Send out any selection forms, expectations manual, etc. Ensure the expectations manual process is being followed Communicate with customers on scheduling visits, to include visits as needed. SCORE 10 FEEDBACK Damon and Richard were absolutely wonderful! They cleaned up, kept working and made sure any and all of my concerns were taken care of. They were the hardest workers I have seen in awhile. Ive already told several people that are considering large projects to contact Clean N Brite. Shalay was one of the most pleasant people to help if there was any confusion and always acted as though there was never a silly question. Between Shalay managing the office and Damon and Richard doing the bulk of the work, I don't see how anyone could not be happy with Clean N Bite!
