Hari OM The Vanaprastha session starts with a brief discourse by Siva ji (@ minute 3:20)followed by a presentation by Dr Rakesh Shah (@ minute 21:00) on the "State of Covid in the US" - the virus, its variants, the different vaccines, their efficacy, reactions and several other topics that are top of mind for all of us regarding the virus. The question and answer session is very informative (starts @ minute 1:03:00). We recommend very highly for all to watch
