Here was one of my workouts today. Give it a try if you are feeling saucy! Every minute on the minute for as long as possible: 10 squats 5 strict pull-ups *add one squat per additional minute until all reps cannot be completed within the given minute. I made it 26 minutes to 36 squats plus 2 pull-ups. Let's see if I can walk tomorrow.

I had been thinking about this workout the past 24-36hrs nonstop. I tested it out on Friday and didn't do as well as I wanted but I was still happy, until today. . . I wanted to better! And I did it! So happy with how it went. I did a 15 reps at 20lbs below my PR, and 5 of those came in less than 70 seconds. https://youtu.be/vBSHAIkQu2g
