As we prepare to enter 2021, take a few moments to think about how 2020 has impacted and possibly changed you and your career. Ask yourself how has 2020 impacted you? We have been working really hard to ensure that we are providing the best services we can to our existing clients and reaching new clients during these times. ... I have a lot of calls and request for virtual workshops and group sessions around unconscious bias. I am excited to see corporations opening up and being really willing to have what some deem as uncomfortable conversations, now is the time! I start the discussions with this statement, if you are willing to get real, be transparent and unafraid, let’s talk, this will be by far the most uncomfortable but necessary conversation your organization can have. In addition to the conversation let’s talk about what we do next. If you are ready have this discussion contact us, we are ready to help you! Change is necessary for growth, lip service is no longer acceptable.

In these times of social distancing, self quarantine, work from and stay at home. Remember, to sharpen your skills, practice your personal/professional branding message, and build your network.
