Coach Lini Softball

Practice started yesterday for these 2 ballers lol . Excited for my babies .

I just want to brag about my catching groups. I have been working with the same 8 girls for a pretty long time now . Their ages range from 11-16 and some were somewhat new and some more seasoned than others . But we committed ourselves to 4 weeks (5 sessions ) in a throwing program that supplied them with the tools to not only reach a goal but to do it consistently . When you see red that is where we started . Where you see green and yellow it means they hit 2.0 or under 1.75 pop time from home to second base . Sooooooo proud of my babies bc they are so young but I see so much in them and they really did their thang yesterday . We are getting better and they now know what it takes . Can’t wait to help them exceed their new goals now .
