A five day camp that will focus on the fundamentals of basketball through station work and competition, with a strong emphasis on shooting, ball-handling, and individual offensive/defensive skills. The camp will stress the importance of fundamentals, smart decision-making and hard work while having FUN along the way. Campers will be divided by age and skill level to ensure that each camper has a meaningful experience. All campers will receive one-on-one coaching from MJHS basketball staff, players, and other coaching colleagues. Campers will enjoy academic insights and guest speakers as well. Very grateful & honored to coach in the First Annual APS vs. Clayton County All Star Classic Senior Game yesterday at Riverdale High School featuring the very best juniors and seniors in both districts (boys & girls)! We won in overtime 87-84 in a very hard fought game...great collaboration between Atlanta & Clayton County Public Schools allowing these student-athletes to showcase their skills in a first class event & game atmosphere with college coaches in attendance.
